The role
Primary responsibilities
Market vacancies, screen applicants, and create and enforce lease agreements.
Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and keep documentation tight.
Receive requests, dispatch work orders, follow up with trades, and coordinate owner approvals.
Manage complaints and issues with calm, clear communication.
Participate in after-hours emergency call coverage.
